2iCS and the United Nations Global Compact
Since 2020, 2i Group and its subsidiaries have been participants in the United Nations Global Compact, an initiative launched by Kofi Annan to encourage companies worldwide to adopt socially responsible business practices.
Built around ten universal principles, this voluntary framework commits 2i Group and 2iCS to go well beyond their legal obligations.
Four key areas of action have been identified:
- Human Rights: We are committed to respecting human rights throughout all our activities and reject any form of complicity in human rights violations.
- Environment: We promote responsible practices among our employees, umbrella employees, partners, and suppliers in order to reduce our environmental impact.
- Anti-Corruption: We uphold the highest standards of professional ethics and implement preventive measures against all forms of corruption, extortion, and conflicts of interest, both within our organization and throughout our supply chains.
- International Labour Standards: We actively combat all forms of discrimination based on origin, gender, age, disability, beliefs, or any other characteristic unrelated to professional skills and qualifications.
These commitments are reflected in the regular monitoring of our actions and our contribution to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

- La Mêlée: Since 2008, 2iCS has been a member of this network, which brings together and promotes the IT and digital sector across the Occitanie region. Henry VINCENT, founder of 2iCS, has served as its Treasurer since 2002.
- Cartable et Sparadrap Association: We support this nonprofit organization, which helps hospitalized children at Toulouse Purpan University Hospital continue their education through fundraising initiatives, donations, and community support programs.
- Un Toit pour les Abeilles: 2i Group and its subsidiaries support this initiative dedicated to the preservation and protection of bees and biodiversity.
- YesYes: We support YesYes, a French company specializing in the refurbishment of high-tech products, helping promote more responsible and sustainable digital consumption.
